Boost your immune system with these super easy daily shots!

You’ll need:

3 lemons

2 limes

2 red apples

3 oranges

2 roots of ginger

1 tablespoon of raw honey (optional)

Cayenne pepper (pinch or more)

Method: Blend or juice, strain (if using blender) and add Cayenne pepper, mix well. Pour into little 100ml glass jars, one for each day of the week. This should make 700ml depending on size of fruits. Otherwise add more of your favourite fruit. Enjoy!
